We are looking for a proactive IT Admin Associate to maintain the high-tech backbone of our facility. From managing secure networks to ensuring our biometric and surveillance systems are 100% operational, you will be the go-to expert for all technical infrastructure at BBC.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and high-speed Wi-Fi networks.
- Security & Surveillance: Manage CCTV systems and Biometric devices to ensure facility security.
- Networking: Troubleshoot routing, switching, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity.
- Peripheral Support: Maintain and resolve issues for printers, scanners, and shared office hardware.
- Asset Management: Track IT inventory, manage system backups, and oversee antivirus/cybersecurity updates.
Required Skills
- Networking: Strong grasp of routing and switching (CCNA or similar is a plus).
- Hands-on Tech: Experience in hardware troubleshooting and OS configuration (Windows/Linux).
- Facility Ops: Prior experience managing IT for an office or research institution.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics.
